In St. Charles County, Missouri, Dennis James Meyers has formally petitioned for the dissolution of his marriage to April Ann Meyers. Filed on September 23, 2024, the couple has been married since December 22, 2009, marking nearly 15 years of marriage. According to the petition, the two constructively separated on August 2, 2024, and Dennis has cited that their relationship is “irretrievably broken” with no chance of preservation.
Dennis Meyers has requested that the court divide their marital property and debts in an equitable manner. April Meyers, presently unemployed, has not responded as of the filing. There are no children from this marriage, and neither party is a member of the Armed Forces. Both are over the age of 18 and have no need for maintenance arrangements, per the petition.
Michael J. Kruse of Kruse Law represents the petitioner, Dennis Meyers. He has filed a formal prayer asking for the dissolution of the marriage, division of property and debts, and recognition of Dennis’ separate property. The case now awaits further proceedings in St. Charles County’s family court.
