In St. Charles County, Missouri, Moriah S. Hahn has filed for the dissolution of her marriage to Ethan T. Steller, citing an irretrievable breakdown. The couple, who married on October 22, 2016, has been separated since September 30, 2023, both emotionally and physically. The petition, filed on October 14, 2024, seeks joint legal and joint physical custody of their one minor child, acknowledging that no previous legal actions concerning custody have taken place.

Hahn’s petition indicates that there has been no arrangement yet for child support or spousal maintenance. However, she requests a fair division of their marital property and debts. Both parties have been residents of St. Charles County for at least 90 days prior to the filing, and neither is serving in the U.S. military. The petition notes that Hahn is not currently pregnant and that there is no likelihood of reconciliation between them.

Representing Hahn in this case is attorney Ashley M. Westbrook of Todt, Cody, Albin & Fuchs, LLC. Westbrook and her team will be advocating for Hahn as the court deliberates on custody, property division, and other issues related to the dissolution of marriage.
